  • What is the cost?
    Prices vary depending on the event.
  • What is the capacity?
    As required by the Louisiana Fire Marshall the capacity at Philicia's Party Palace accommodates 100, but we can only seat 50-60 people comfortably.
  • How many tables and chairs?
    We provide ten 42" round tables and four 6 foot square tables and one 8 foot table. We also provide 50 black vinyl banquet chairs.
  • When is the facility available for viewing?
    The facility is available for viewing Tuesday - Friday 10 am until 4 pm. On Saturday by appointment ONLY.Please contact us 30 minutes prior to arrival even if you have an appointment.
  • How much is the deposit?
    There is a $200.00 non-refundable deposit for all events. Your $200.00 deposit will be applied towards your balance.
  • Do we accept debit or credit cards?
    Yes
  • Do we hold dates without deposits?
    No, in order for a date to be held deposits must be paid up front and contract must be signed.
  • Is there a cleanup deposit?
    No, there is no clean up deposit and you are not required to clean up after your event but please be advised that you are responsible to clean up during your event. We ask that you take everything that you want to keep and we will discard everything that is left behind.
  • Is there a damage deposi
    Yes, there is a $100.00 refundable damage deposit. The deposit is refundable considering that there is no damage done to the venue and everyone is out on time.
  • Do you all allow inflatables?
    Yes, we allow dry inflatables only. No water slides, dunking tanks, etc. Please make sure your vendor is insured. Also, please make sure your vendor provides a generator. We will not be responsible for the inflatables and we will not be responsible to provide power to the inflatables.
